What ever the need there will be a quote with a real contractor for a specific amount.  A property manager, comps or appraisals for each deal.  All information will be supplied upon request.

Rehab - This is our rehab and hold page which shows deals for us and investors who are looking for partners to invest with.  You will notice that the same deal is on the wholesale page but some of the numbers are different, that is because we do not refinance the homes - they remain debt free.  There will be an emergency fund kept for each home and each home or property is placed in a different LLC (Limited Liability Company).  Each property is a unique set of circumstances with the end result usually (especially in todays market) being a property for rent.  Please contact us with any questions you might have.
